Valerie S. Clause, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

PRINCIPAL


Valerie brings over 25 years of management and customer-service driven experience to Affordable Training Programs. Most recently, Valerie was the Training and Organizational Services Manager at ease@work, a division of The Centers for Families and Children/Circle Health. In that role, her focus was on providing training and organizational development services to a wide variety of customers, including non-profit organizations, government entities, social service agencies, for-profit and privately-owned businesses - assisting them in meeting their workforce development and business goals. 


Valerie has also worked for the Cleveland Clinic, Physician's Ambulance/Rural Metro and The Journal Register Company in various management roles. She began her early worklife with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association.


Valerie received her BA from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA. She also has over 15 hours toward a Master's in English and Education at Cleveland State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and with The Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
